Double Chocolate Brownies

2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup flour
½ cup cocoa (Fry’s cocoa or equivalent)
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup walnuts
½ cup chocolate chips

Mix first group of ingredients. Pour batter into ungreased 2 L glass baking dish. Place juice glass right side up in centre of dish (This helps avoid any soggy centre in the brownies). Spread batter so that there is a little more in the corners than in the centre. Sprinkle with walnuts and chips. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. That’s it. Very good.
