Patsie's Friday Night Pork Pasta

Take a 1lb. package of ground pork, and cook it in a large frying pan or wok along with garlic and onions. Add hot pepper flakes, cinnamon, allspice, salt and pepper. (I have a generous hand). Grate zucchini, apple, and a carrot, and add to the mixture. Slice or dice green peppers and mushrooms and celery and also add to mixture. (Check the contents of your crisper, and if other veggies look good, why not add them in too). Add a tin of tomatoes, preferably plum, and a cup (or so) of apple juice. This should simmer for about an hour. Serve over rotini noodles and top with grated parmesan cheese.
Oh--consume with copious amounts of red wine, a green salad and garlic bread.
