Hummus

1 ½ cups of chick peas (Canned and drained)
3 minced cloves garlic
1 ½ tsp. Salt
Dash of Tamari
Juice of 2 medium lemons
¾ cups of Tahini (More or less to taste)
¼ cup fresh parsley
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve on favorite crackers, breads, pita, or as a dip.
To cut tahini by half, replace with 1 ½ cups chick pea liquid.
