Millet Cakes

This is my mother’s recipe – delicious for breakfast, with ketchup on the side.

Ingredients:
Cooked (leftover) millet
Eggs
Grated cheddar cheese
A little salt
Teaspoon of vegetable oil per round

Add the salt to the millet. Stir in enough eggs to bind the millet without making the mixture really wet. Add the grated cheese. Form the mixture into burger-like cakes. Brown on both sides in hot oil in frying pan.
